If you’re hankering for a little bit of chocolate, but not too much, here’s a yummy blondie recipe. The next time I make it, I may add some chopped nuts to add another dimension to them. Also, I ended up using a smaller pan, so that they came out thicker, and therefore had to cook them for close to an hour so that they were done in the middle. Bon Appetit!
P.S. — try sprinkling some shredded unsweetened coconut flakes on top before baking. The coconut toasts perfectly and the result is a blondie with another dimension of flavor that makes your house smell like Hawaii. At least you can have a scent of a vacation past even if you cannot be there in the moment! Enjoy!
